Tell us what’s going wrong.

We’ll start with what you’re seeing, explain the next step clearly and—where appropriate—connect remotely to help.

Need us to take a look?

Remote support is useful for computer, email and device problems when you can still get online. If your internet connection is completely offline, call Highway instead.

After arranging a session with us, download HopToDesk. You can run it just for this session or install it for future support.

Download HopToDesk

Only give your connection details to Highway after you have contacted us and arranged a support session. We will never call unexpectedly and ask to access your computer.

1

Call Highway first so we know who you are and what needs attention.

2

Click Download Now on the HopToDesk website, then open the downloaded program.

3

Tell us the ID shown on screen and approve the connection when prompted.

4

Close HopToDesk when finished. You remain in control of the session.

A few details help us solve things faster.

What isn’t working?

Internet, Wi-Fi, email, phone or one particular device?

What do you see?

Note any error message and check which lights are showing on the modem and nbn box.

One device or all?

Try another computer—or connect your phone to Wi-Fi—and see whether the internet works there.

What changed?

Tell us if this started after a power outage, update or new equipment.

Help when you need it—not a retainer you may never use.

Hwy provides capable remote IT support without pretending to be an outsourced IT department permanently waiting on standby. You are charged for the support you actually use, and onsite assistance can be arranged where available.
