SERVICE INFORMATION
* 200Mb plan - Excess downloads will be charged at 8.8cts/Mb with a maximum cap of $53. Service speed may be reduced to 72 kbps in both directions if usage exceeds 10GB of data.
† Data usage is counted for downloaded and uploaded data.
‡ Speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, copper wire quality & length from exchange, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic and equipment. Statistics show that about 70% of users on an 8Mb service can access speeds around 6Mbps or more, while most ADSL2 users will be able to access 10Mbps or more.
• For disconnections within 6 months of initial sign-up, an early termination fee of $75.90 will apply. As there is no minimum contract period (eg. 12 or 24mths), additional contract payout is not necessary.
•  For change of plan data limit, a $22 fee applies.
•  For change of plan link speed, a $33 fee applies.
•  For upgrade from ADSL1 to ADSL2, a $44 fee applies.

UNLIMITED WEB ONLY PLANS - SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• There is no fixed amount of data a subscriber can download whilst on an Unlimited Web Only plan.
• To ensure all users receive the appropriate level of service at peak times, a fair use policy does apply.
• Excessive consumption will result in a user's traffic being de-prioritised and marked as "expendable" for a period of up to 6 hours.
• Excessive consumption is considered as more than 500Mb of data used in a one hour period of peak time.
• To transfer to this new plan, there is a $44 once-off transfer fee. There is also an $88 early termination fee if the account is closed within 6 months of transferring to this new plan.
• Subscribers need to be aware that plans with this "web only" traffic profile are not suitable for them if their internet usage is of the following Blocked protocol types:

SERVICE INFORMATION
• The service is only compatible with Windows 2000 SP4+, XP, Vista and Win 7 operating systems, and MAC OS 10.4+.
• The service is provided via Optus’ 3G/HSDPA or GSM Network which covers 80%+ of the population. If upon activating the service, you discover that you do not have coverage, Hwy will provide full refund for the modem. SIMs and the first month's prorata charges are not refundable.
• Excess data is charged at 8.8cts/Mb. Data usage includes both downloads and uploads and is calculated per calendar mth.
• When usage reaches 6Gb on any plan, the service will be suspended temporarily until midnight of the last day of that month. On 6Gb plan, service will suspended when usage reaches 7Gb.
• Maximum download speeds on 3G/HSDPA network are up to 3.6 Mbps. Speeds are theoretical maximums. Actual speeds will vary and may be slower. Based on Optus’ network testing, an average End User experience can range between 500 kbps and 1.2 Mbps. Theoretical GSM speeds – up to 50kbps.
• A wireless service may adversely affect applications that are sensitive to latency, jitter or packet loss, such as voice or real time video streaming, or those that require high volume continuous file transfers. It is a mobility internet access product and is not intended to be used as a fixed broadband replacement.
